Delivery & Returns


We use a number of different couriers who deliver safely and securely to your door. We do not make use of the Post Office, and require signature on delivery for all our orders.

We'll deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your order confirmation email. All delivery times are quoted on each product page, as well as during the checkout process.

Shipping costs are quoted according to the weight of the order, as well as as the customer's location. The shipping costs will be calculated and shown clearly during the checkout process. 

You can also track your delivery at any time by selecting the Order from your Order History on your profile.

This is the most current tracking information we have for your order. If this date changes, we'll let you know straight away by email or SMS.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For 'Change of Mind' returns or cancellations, a 35% restocking fee applies.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges may not be possible.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees. Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to cancel it. If an order has shipped from the supplier, cancellations will carry a 35% restocking fee plus the cost to ship the product back to the supplier. If you cancel the order before it has shipped from the supplier, no cancellation fee applies.
